has been operating a family owned outdoor power equipment business in Crystal Lake, McHenry County since 1991. Prior to that, we were in Palatine, IL since 1982. We provide retail sales, parts and service all from our Crystal Lake location.
Dixie Chopper:
We have been marketing the Dixie Chopper since 1981, and have seen the zero-turn market evolve over the years. The original 5018 Dixie Chopper was a hydrostatic over chain drive mower with an 18hp Briggs, I/C engine primarily for the commercial landscape and farm markets. Dixie Chopper now produces mowers intended to meet the needs of the residential property owners as well as larger production commercial mowers with 74in. mowing decks and up to 35hp diesel engines.
Exmark:
We have been an authorized Exmark dealer for 21 years. We have seen Exmark grow as a company from the early days of the original Standard 5-spd walk behind and the 3-wheel Turf Ranger. We were there for the prototyping of the original Lazer zero-turn and continue to see Exmark push the technology with the Next Lazer family of products. Exmark has continued to broaden its products from the new 21in. walk behind, aditional consumer zero-turns and even a new entry into the stand-on market with the Vantage.
